ICT Trainer / Facilitator
Qualification
Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum Requirement
- Tertiary qualification in ICT, Education, Information Systems or related field will be an advantage
- Certificate / Diploma in Computer Training, IT or related field – advantageous
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in training, facilitation or teaching Computer Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows OS
- Experience in basic to advanced computer skills training
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to develop training materials and lesson plans
- Patient, energetic and passionate about empowering learners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to training venues and communities
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver ICT training to learners and clients
- Develop and implement training programs and learning materials
- Assess learners’ progress and provide feedback
- Promote a positive learning environment
- Keep records and submit training reports
- Stay updated with current ICT trends and tools
Hikvision certification/accreditation or experience with Hikvision and Dahua systems.
Location
- Teaching or Training qualification (e.g. SACE, TEFL, Facilitator Certificate
- Experience with online training platforms (Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Knowledge of hardware, networking, or coding – an added advantage
- Driver’s Licence
